Q. Do I need to provide food for my children?

Yes, Basecamp does not provide lunch or morning tea. We have a small cooking activity but it is not sufficient by itself; more an afternoon tea snack.

Q. Can I register my children part time?

No, we no longer offer part time spots. The program is designed for children to attend the whole camp, and due to high demand we only accept full time registrations.

Q. Can my children be in the same group as their siblings/friends?

We put the campers into groups roughly based on age: PK-K, 1-2, and 3-6. If your children and their siblings/friends are similar ages but cross over the year boundaries, it’s likely that we can stretch; talk to Miles.

Q. When can I drop my kids off/pick my kids up?

Please make sure that you arrive no earlier than 8am and no later than 6pm. We don’t offer supervision outside those times.

Q. The website says that registration is now closed. Can my children still attend?

We’re committed to making Basecamp the best holiday camp it can be, so we won’t take more kids than the number of leaders allows for. However, if you join the waiting list there’s a chance you’ll be offered a spot, either if our capacity increases or if other families pull out.
